Terms
PRICES
Prices are for the trade only FOB Tualatin, Oregon, and are
subject to change without notice.
CLAIMS
Claims for shortages or unsatisfactory material must be made in
writing within 5 days after receipt of stock, otherwise shipment will be deemed satisfactory.
Claims for losses while stock is in transit must be filed directly with the carrier. We will at
no time be responsible for more than the purchase price. Any plant material subject to claim
must be held for possible inspection by the seller and disposition instructions.
DELIVERIES
Delivery, $50.00 with an $800 minimum (or $100.00 if delivered
to job site.)
TERMS
All sales cash unless credit is established. For customers, payment
is due on or before the 10th of the month following purchase. Accounts not paid within terms are
subject to interest charges calculated at 1 1/2 % per month (18% APR) from date of invoice and
loss of any discounts. Invoices not paid within terms are subject to loss of discount.
ORDERS
All orders for future pickup will be booked subject to crop
conditions, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond our control. Contract growing
available upon request.
